That day, by an awesome stroke of luck, I managed to chance upon an eBook of John Murtagh's General Practice which is a recommended read by the department, so if you guys are interested to read it up but are unable to (the library only has a few copies of it - God Knows if any of them is in the library at this point in time though...), click on this link to go to the webpage and download it.
