Dear students ..

For those who are suffering from epigastric pain (more than 6 times since last year), you may have gastroesophageal reflux disease. However to confirm it, you are welcome to undergo the investigations (so that appropriate medication can be prescribed):

(i) OGDS - Oesophagogastrodoudenoscopy (for esophagus and stomach mucosa visualization) - any evidence of inflammation or ulcer etc.

and

(ii) pH monitoring - to confirm the gastroesophageal reflux in patients with persistent symptoms (epigastric pain ) without evidence of mucosal damage


These will be done by GI consultants and surgeons of UIA

Alhamdulillah.. setelah selesai perjumpaan dengan wakil daripada Yayasan Warisan Johor (YWJ) petang smlm, (27 Februari), barulah aku berani buat post ni dlm blog batch. Perjumpaan dgn Tn Haji Md Zin B Idros (Pengarah Penyelidik IKLAS – Institut Integriti, Kepimpinan dan Latihan Semangat, salah satu bahagian dlm YWJ), membincangkan tentang program Community Health Camp 2010 yang inshaAllah bakal ditaja oleh Yayasan Warisan Johor

Ape “Community Health Camp 2010” tu? X pernah dengar pon..


Ini merupakan satu program berupa kem bakti siswa (biase dengar kn?) yang batch kite akan handle. Program ini dianjurkan oleh 4th yr students UIA, dua tahun sekali. Jadi batch kita dikira bertuah sbb berpeluang utk handle program ni. The previous program was handled by our 8th batch senior in around January 2008.

Ape yg ade dlm program ni?

Seperti kebanyakan program bakti siswa, para pelajar akan dibahagikan kepada keluarga angkat. Pelajar akan tinggal bersama keluarga angkat sepanjang program berlangsung.

Ape yg spesel nye program ni kalo nak banding ngan Bakti Siswa biase?

1st - kite kan budak2 medik. Antara mende basic gile yg kite boleh sumbangkan tentulah mende yg selalu kite buat - medical check-up.. selalu sgt kan kite buat? So xjadi masalah rasenye..and inshaAllah Jbtn Kesihatan kt sane pn akan turun padang gak utk medical check up tu..lagipun leh la kite gunakan chance ni utk polish bakat msg2.. improve softskills plus leh dekat ngan pnduduk kmpg n tgk ape problem diorg…(mase ni la nk apply ape blajo ms Comm. Med kan?)

2nd - Kite kan UIA.. offkoz la kene sumbang Islamic Input sikit.. ape gune kite belajar pasal Fiqh medic kalo tak disampaikan? Ini lah masenye kite nak lakukan dakwah…

3rd - Kite (insyaAllah) bakal dapat sponsor daripada pihak Yayasan Warisan Johor.. jadi sebagai benefits pihak Yayasan, mereka akan mengadakan beberapa program untuk kita.. antaranya program mengenali warisan Johor.. mungkin ade sesi berkenaan sejarah negeri Johor.. Selain itu, pihak yayasan juge akan memperkenalkan kite berkenaan warisan seni dan persembahan Johor seperti zapin dan sebagainya..

1. Kg. Pengerang

Terletak di pantai selatan Johor, menghadap Selat Singapura… Sebuah perkampungan nelayan.. di bawah pentadbiran Daerah Kota Tinggi.. berdekatan dgn Teluk Ramunia yg famous dgn bauksit time kite belajar Geografi form 1.. tu je yg aku tau..
Tempat ni menjadi pilihan utama sbb terletak kt pantai yg bersih (kate org la.. dlm gambar pn mcm cantek.. tapi Pantai Lido pon cantek dlm gambar).. Tapi, lokasinya amat jauh…

2. Kukup, Pontian

Menghadap Selat Melaka di pantai barat Johor.. merangkak dari umah Sepul dah boleh smpai kot.. agak2 x cukup umah keluarga angkat, boleh je jadik adek beradek angkat Sepul. Pihak Yayasan amat berkenan dgn tempat ni.. jatuh no. 2 slps Pengerang sbb pantai Barat biasenye x cantek sgt kn?

3. Kg Sedili

Sebuah perkampungan di pantai timur Daerah Kota Tinggi. Lokasi yang seringkali menjadi pilihan program bakti siswa. Tapi, bak kate En. Md Zain, tahun lepas, diorg baru anjurkan satu program yg same di sini.. nnti penduduk kampong berkata… “xde tempat lain ke??”

Bile ye? Kot2 la x free time tu…

InshaAllah kalo plan berjalan lancar, program ni akan dijalankan 3 hari 2 malam bermula 6 Mei (Khamis) hingga 8 Mei (Sabtu) 2010.. time tu kite baru je abes exam 3rd block 4th year.. kire minggu exam la..

kite gerak ke sane hari rabu insyaAllah.. n program ni cube dihabiskan pada hari Sabtu sbb kalo ikut takwim kuliyyah, Isnin tu (10 Mei) budak remedial dah start posting.. and those yg nk pg elective nk prepare2 gak kan? so hopefully korg sume dpt join la..tp 4 those yg nk pg oversea n gerak awal..sori sgt if korg xleh join..huhu..xtau dah nk cari ms len yg sesuai..

Hm…. Mcm berminat.. citer la detail sket… ape lagi yg menarik??

1st Day

Sekiranya mengikut plan (kite manusia hanya merancang) pihak Yayasan Warisan Johor akan cuba untuk mendapatkan perkampungan nelayan sbg lokasi program..



jadi kite akan tinggal dgn keluarga nelayan dan beramah tamah ngan diorg la..
Kita juga mungkin akan mengadakan gotong royong bersihkan kampong bersama2 penduduk.. contohnya kemas balairaya ke.. bersihkan kubur ke.. cat tadika ke.. time ni la kite nk bina raport..

1st NiteDay

pada malam pertama (mlm Jumaat), mungkin akan diadakan majlis keagamaan… kalo org Johor biasenye berYasinan (tahlil dan Yaasin) la.. mgkin kite boleh belajar mcm mane org kampong handle aktiviti kt masjid..

Mgkin mlm ni juga kite akan bergotong royong menyediakan juadah.. dalam program ni, mungkin pembahagian anak angkat berlangsung..

2nd Day

Hari ke-2 mungkin kebanyakannya diisi dgn program pihak Yayasan.. x silap aku, mungkin ade talk berkenaan topik integrity.. (nnti aku kompemkan kemudian).. Pihak Yayasan terlebih dahulu mmberitahu bhw, beliau tidak akan melibatkan mane2 pengaruh politik.. segala talk atau diskusi hanya akan berjalan secara neutral..

selain itu, pihak yayasan bercadang utk mengadakan – sesi mengajar seni warisan Johor-zapin..

sesi ini kami namakan Zapinrobik.. tapi masih x sure lagi..

Petang hari ke-2 kami plan utk adakan sukan rakyat.. korg biase kan dgn aktiviti ni.. so xyah citer detail la..

2nd Nite

Mlm ke-2 merupakan malam kebudayaan.. kalo siang tadi kite dah belajar zapin, mlm ni kite akan saksikan sendiri kehebatan pasukan seni warisan Johor beraksi di pentas.. Sape2 yg dah agak pandai hasil belajar siang tadi, boleh la menari sekali kt bwh pentas..

Selain Zapin, kite juga mungkin berpeluang melihat dgn lebih jelas tarian kuda kepang..

betol ke desas-desus pasal penari kuda kepang akan menari smpai mabuk khayal?? Sama2 kita saksikan nnti…

kalo sape2 yg ade idea utk buat persembahan wakil UIA, sumbangan anda amat dialu2kan.. (Afif kate Zarol ade Kugiran.. sile2 la..)

Pada malam ini juga mungkin diadakan grand dinner and of koz kite akan melibatkan diri untuk be”rewang”.. (rewang dlm bahase Jawa – bergotong royong utk kenduri...) .. time ni boleh la sisters memantapkan skill memasak masing2 di samping cube memikat mane2 makcik utk dijadikan mentua..

3rd Day


Hari terakhir, selain medical check up yg dibuat mcm kebiasaannya tu, kite juga akan membuat exhibition dan program khas berkenaan HELWANI (Hal Ehwal Wanita), rukhsah solat (mungkin dalam bentuk demostrasi dan lakonan). Sekiranya mendapat kerjasama daripada jabatan kesihatan daerah, mungkin boleh diadakan demonstrasi penjagaan gigi dan kempen derma darah.



>Untuk pelajar2 sekolah pula, mungkin akan diadakan program motivasi.. time ni la kite berpeluang untuk berkongsi pengalaman sbg pelajar2 sekolah menengah yg “berjaya” di samping selitkan sikit unsur2 dakwah..

Untuk adik2 kecil pula, seperti biase, pertandingan mewarna akan diadakan utk diorg..

Selain aktiviti2 di atas, kemungkinan juga akan diakan Bundle sale.. aktiviti ini bukan lah merupakan sebuah jualan, sebaliknya baju2 yg dikumpulkan sebelum program akan diberikan secara percuma kepada sesiapa yg berkenan..

Mmm… mcm best la plak.. kalo nk tau lebih lanjut, nak tanye sape ye?? Nak gak tau sape committee yg terlibat nih…

Time bulan puase hari tu, aku, Huzi dan Azrul dah pon berjumpe dgn Yayasan Warisan Johor utk kompemkan sponsor.. Alhamdulillah Berjaya.. time tu kite plan nk buat dlm bulan January, sebaik kite abes 2nd block exam..

Tetapi kemudiannya, Yayasan bgtau, budget utk program 2010 hanya akan dapat selepas bulan February.. maka, nak xnak terpaksa la ditangguhkan ke tarikh baru ni.. iaitu sebaik kite abes 3rd block exam.. disebabkan penangguhan, maka segala meeting dan perbincangan dibekukan seketika utk mengelakkan discussion hilang hangatnya…

Oo… cmtu citernye.. so ape citer skrg ni??

Hasil perbincangan terakhir dgn En Md Zain semalam (sori xde gambar meeting.. hanya Mee Rebus Setulang menjadi galang gantinya...), beliau mengkompemkan lagi sponsor tersebut. Menurut beliau, segala kos penginapan, makanan dan program akan ditanggung oleh Yayasan, kecuali medical check up.. sama ada kite akan mendapat kerjasama daripada Jabatan Kesihatan Daerah ataupun perlu meminta budget daripada UIA..

Selain membantu dari segi wang ringgit, pihak yayasan juga akan tolong kita menguruskan keluarga angkat, lokasi dan pengurusan dgn pihak jabatan kesihatan.

Berkenaan lokasi, buat mase ni, masih tak sure lagi kampong mana.. yg pasti bukan Kg Sedili (No. 3 dlm peta).. Beliau akan usahakn dalam masa 1-2 minggu ini..

Yang penting sekarang ni, yang menyebabkan aku explain panjang lebar dlm blog ni adalah – jumlah peserta.. Ini penting bagi memudahkan pihak Yayasan mengumpulkan keluarga yg berpotensi utk join program keluarga angkat.

Jadi.. skrg ni, peserta program sedang dicari.. kepada sesiapa yang berminat, sila lah mendaftarkan diri anda kepada mana2 head comm… target penyertaan adalah 80 org.. aku rase agak mustahil utk mendapatkan penyertaan seperti yg disasar.. jadi 1st year pon akan terlibat.. tapi, 4th year diutamakan.. tapi kalo sambutan sgt menggalakkan, boleh je kot tambah penyertaan..

Dalam bulan March ni, IA akan diadakan meeting bersama2 pihak Yayasan, pegawai Daerah, wakil Jabatan Kesihatan daerah, Penghulu, Ketua Kampung, dan Committee..


**** byk perkataan “mungkin” sbb semuanya hanya plan…

So hope sume doa2kanlah semoga program ni berjaya ek...n sgt2 mgharapkan kerjasama dari korg sume.. pastu if ade idea2 bernas or ape2 sile2 la hubungi committee yg ade ni.. subcom pn still tgh dicari..so,yg berminat leh offerkan diri k…

then on August... time present... we will first present among ourselves.... and everyone akan bagi markah.. then top 5 will present to the elective committee for the award...

ok...as u all know... our uni da dpt the 5 yrs but they r coming back since they were not convinced that the students truly understand(memorized?) the mission and vision of the uni.. so 20 of us 'terpilih' for the coming tuesdays session for the accreditation... so kepada yg 'terpilih' (termasuk diri aku..huhu?)... hafal ye... and FYI diorg taknak yg summary2 tu.. diorg nak yg penuh... *sobs*
