<6weeks: double napkin or abduction pillow
6weeks-6months: von rosen's splint or Pavlik Harness
6months-6years: vertical traction x 3weeks, hip spica x 6weeks, then splint
if failed or >6years, corrective osteotomy of femur or innominate osteotomy of acetabullum
Correction; regarding general rule tumor site;
epiphysis: chondroblastoma, bukan chondrosarcoma..
